Shipping & FAQ

Where do you ship?

We ship our shortbread and gift tins anywhere in the United States. Standard US shipping is $15 for orders below $50, with free standard shipping available on orders of $50 or more.

Is anything local-only?

Yes. Our fresh desserts and catering orders are available for local delivery and pickup in the Twin Cities metro area only, because they don't travel well. Anything in a collection marked local delivery can't be shipped.

How long until my order ships?

We bake to order and dispatch your order two days after it is received. After dispatch, transit usually takes another 2 to 5 business days, depending on your destination.

Warm weather and holidays

Shortbread is heat-stable, so summer shipping is fine. Please order early for holidays and special occasions to allow for transit time.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, local pickup is available in the Twin Cities. Choose it at checkout.

How long does it keep?

Sealed in its original packaging, our shortbread stays fresh for 2 weeks from delivery. It also freezes well for up to 2 months in a plastic container. Store it cool and dry, away from sunlight.

Returns

Because everything is freshly baked, we don't accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, email us at info@theweehour.com and we'll make it good.
