Where do you ship?

We ship our shortbread and gift tins anywhere in the United States. Free shipping on orders over $50.

Is anything local-only?

Yes. Our fresh desserts and catering orders are available for local delivery and pickup in the Twin Cities metro area only, because they don't travel well. Anything in a collection marked local delivery can't be shipped.

How long until my order ships?

We bake to order, so allow up to 3 business days for baking and packing before your parcel leaves us. Transit is usually another 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are.

Warm weather and holidays

Shortbread is heat-stable, so summer shipping is fine. During November and December, order early: processing can run longer than 3 days at peak.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, local pickup is available in the Twin Cities. Choose it at checkout.

How long does it keep?

Sealed in its tin, our shortbread stays fresh for 2 weeks. It also freezes well for up to 2 months in a plastic container. Store it cool and dry, away from sunlight.

Returns

Because everything is freshly baked, we don't accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, email us at info@theweehour.com and we'll make it good.
